4. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Copyright and Usage We retain copyright for all images and videos taken. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights. Reproduction or use for commercial purposes without our explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Client Cooperation Clients agree to cooperate with us and follow our guidelines to ensure the successful capture of the event. We are not liable for limited coverage due to client interference or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Image and Video Quality While we strive to provide the highest quality images and videos, the final outcome may be influenced by factors such as lighting conditions and weather. We do not guarantee specific results but assure our best efforts to deliver exceptional work.

8. Privacy We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Liability While we take utmost care in our work, we are not liable for unforeseen events such as equipment failure, accidents, or natural disasters. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
